What we last checked, and when
This is not a news page. OOTDBUY does not date its policy notices, so inventing a timeline of announcements would be dishonest. What we can tell you truthfully is which pages we read, on what date, and what we changed here as a result.
Every figure elsewhere on this site carries the same date. If a policy has moved since, the official page wins and we would like to hear about it.
Policies we track
Read in full on the date shown. We re-read this set quarterly, and sooner if a reader tells us something has moved.
| Policy | What we take from it | Last read |
|---|---|---|
| Inspection Information | The scope, and the three exclusions the whole site is built around | |
| Notes Before Purchasing | Prohibited and restricted categories | |
| Storage | Ninety days for normal parcels, thirty for abnormal ones | |
| Packaging | The consolidation example and how brackets work | |
| Service and Fees | The two payments, and that there is no purchasing commission | |
| Customs and Taxation | Commercial parcel thresholds and who carries the cost | |
| Insurance and Compensation | Claim windows, and the fragile goods limit | |
| About OOTDBUY | The operating company and registration number |
One thing OOTDBUY announced that we did see
The notice bar on the OOTDBUY home page on 3 August 2026 read that its self service withdrawal function is now available. That is the only dated announcement we can verify from our own capture, so it is the only one we report.
Everything else on the site, including promotional banners offering shipping cashback or sign up coupons, carries values that change between visits. We do not copy those figures here at all. The mechanism is worth knowing about, the number is only true on the official page on the day you look.
What changed on this guide
Written down because a site that quietly edits itself is harder to trust than one that says what it fixed.
Rebuilt in August 2026
The previous version of this page was a short template page with no sourcing. It has been replaced with the ten pages you see now, all of them tracing back to a named official notice.
Dropped an unverifiable price claim
The old page described unbeatable prices. Nobody can verify that, so it is gone and nothing has replaced it. We describe mechanisms and let the official calculator produce numbers.
Every figure now names a source
Fees, storage days, claim windows and the consolidation example each carry the notice they came from and the date we read it.
Every outbound link tested
Category and search links were requested and confirmed before publication rather than assumed from a URL pattern.
